Right Time Reader

This shareware program (with the associated website) enables you to expose your infant to the printed word in the same natural way that you already do with the spoken word. It shows a children's book onscreen, and lets you enlarge each word of the caption beneath the picture as you read it to your baby. Properly done, this engages the same mental mechanisms that enable the learning of basic speech, and may have your baby reading at age 2 or 3. You can personalize the books, and even create your own.
